Terms & Conditions for Wholesalers, Buyers & Resellers
(Buying quantity with intent to resell)

Payment Terms

Net terms will only be offered once a well established history of customer relations and credit has been achieved. All initial orders are to be paid 50% at the time of order with the remaining 50% paid in full when goods are shipped by C.O.D. All orders are payable by cash, cashier’s check, Visa/ MasterCard and/or American Express. Company checks will only be accepted upon pre-approval and credit verification.

Shipping and Handling Policy

Shipping and handling terms are “Ex-works” from the RelaxReflect factory/premises. Outside the RelaxReflect factory/premises, you are responsible for all shipping and handling expenses including but not limited to storage, transportation, insurance, taxes, duties, fees, customs and other related expenses for shipping product to Buyer’s stipulated destination.

We will ship via specified carrier upon written request. Once shipment has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any delay or damages caused by the chosen carrier. Most in-stock credit approved orders are shipped the same day they are placed or as otherwise informed. Please consult your customer service representative for shipment date confirmation. Customer pick up service is available from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Please call ahead to confirm your order is ready for pick up.

All order placements are made to order. We therefore can not guarantee overnight delivery from the time your order is placed. In cases where expedited order placement is required please contact us directly to inquire about rush handling.

Order Volume Requirements

Please consult your sales representative for minimum order quantities and expected completion/delivery times for any particular design.

Storage Fees

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, a minimum daily storage fee of $35.00 will be charged if goods produced for you remain at the RelaxReflect factory/premises for greater than 3 business days . The fee will be reasonably adjusted upward based on volume, space availability, and possible 3rd party costs for storage, transportation and other related costs.

Returns and Exchanges

All authorized returns and exchanges must be made within five days of receipt and are subject to a 15% restocking fee (in addition to freight and C.O.D. charges). All returned goods must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Please consult your customer service representative for a return authorization number.

Claims and Cancellations

Claims for shortages or defective goods must be made within five days of receipt. All cancellations must be approved by RelaxReflect. Cancellations will not be accepted for work in progress on custom orders.

Returned Checks

A $35.00 service charge will be added as a result of all returned checks.

Terms & Conditions for Retail Customers

Shipping and Handling Policy

Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.

All order placements are made to order. We therefore can not guarantee overnight delivery from the time your order is placed. In cases where expedited order placement is required please contact us directly to inquire about rush handling.

Please note that orders placed after 12:00pm Pacific Time will begin processing at our fulfillment warehouse the following business day.
Orders with express shipping selected (2-Day or Next Day) are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. However, please be aware that "2-Day" and "Next Day" indicates the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.

All Canadian and/or international shipments will be sent via USPS only or as otherwise agreed in writing.

For international shipments the billing and shipping address must be the same or RelaxReflect.com will not process the order.

RelaxReflect reserves the right to change what countries are serviced based on the levels of Credit Card fraud and associated risk reported in each country.

For P.O. Boxes orders will be sent USPS Priority Mail when Ground Service is selected and USPS Express Mail when Overnight or 2nd Day are selected. Any shipments to a P.O. Box where Overnight is selected will automatically be adjusted to Express Mail at the respective 2nd Day FedEx Rate.

For backordered items, orders begin processing as soon as the backordered item is returned to stock. You can expect your order to ship 1-2 business days after the backordered item is returned to stock.

Certain items which may require special preparation for shipment, or customization may require a longer processing time. We make every effort to accurately set this expectation by listing shipping times in the item description pages.
